Domestic Shipping
Shipment Processing Time
All orders are processed within 3–5 business days of receipt. Orders are not processed or shipped from Friday, 3:00 p.m. EST through Sunday, or on holidays.
Wax Paper Ribbon is committed to shipping all orders promptly. However, during periods of high order volume, shipments may be delayed by a few days. We appreciate your patience and understanding.
Please note that Wax Paper Ribbon is not responsible for delays caused by postal carriers, weather, or any other circumstances beyond our control. We strongly recommend allowing extra time for delivery during the holiday season.
Holiday Shipping Notice
Our studio will be closed for the holidays from December 18–29, 2025.
Please place your orders no later than December 11 to ensure they are shipped before our holiday break.
Orders placed between December 18 and December 29 will begin shipping on December 30, 2025.
International Orders
Wax Paper Ribbon does not accept international orders at this time.
Returns
Our return policy lasts for 15 days from the date of purchase. Unfortunately, we cannot offer refunds or exchanges beyond this period.
All eligible returns must be unused in its original packaging and must be able to provide proof of purchase.
For items returned opened, damaged, or past our 15 day policy, a partial refund may be provided instead of the full refund.
Refunds
Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will notify you via email about the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, the refund will be processed and applied to your original method of payment within 7 to 10 days.
Exchanges
Should an item be received damaged or defective, we will offer an exchange on the item in question. Please email us at info@waxpaperribbon.com with a picture of your item for assistance.
Return Shipping
You will be responsible for paying your own shipping costs for returning your order. Shipping costs are non-refundable. To start your return process, please email us at info@waxpaprribbon.com
