Shipment processing time

All orders are processed within 3–5 business days of receipt. Orders are not processed or shipped from Friday, 3:00 pm EST through Sunday, or holidays.
Wax Paper Ribbon is committed to shipping orders promptly; however, If we are experiencing a high volume of orders, shipments may be delayed by a few days. 
Wax Paper Ribbon is not responsible for shipping delays caused by the postal services, weather, or any reasons that we have no control of. We strongly suggest to allow extra time for shipping when possible.

Wax Paper Ribbon does not except international orders at this time
 

Returns

Our return policy lasts for 15 days from the date of purchase. Unfortunately, we cannot offer refunds or exchanges beyond this period.

All eligible returns must be unused in its original packaging and must be able to provide proof of purchase.

For items returned opened, damaged, or past our 15 day policy, a partial refund may be provided instead of the full refund.

 

Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will notify you via email about the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, the refund will be processed and applied to your original method of payment within a certain amount of days.

 

Exchanges

Should an item be received damaged or defective, we will offer an exchange on the item in question. Please email us at email@here.com  with a picture of your item for assistance.

 

Return Shipping
